Cancellation Policy are as follows:

Customer Cancellations :

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund of any advance payments.

Cancellations made 12 hours before the tour will receive an 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the tour.

No-Show Policy :

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or if the booking is not canceled within the specified time frame.

Missed Tour :

No refunds will be granted if you miss the scheduled tour date and time without prior notice.

Company Cancellations :

In the rare event that we need to cancel the tour, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. A full refund will be issued for any advance payments.

While we are not responsible for any additional compensation, we may offer the option to reschedule for a different date.
